A Beautiful Spa Needs a Beautiful WebsiteThe first of these two websites is a full-service spa on the tropical coast of Oaxaca state, near the town of Zipolite, Mexico. It isn't hard to tell this spa's beautiful story, yet their old site would hardly attract anyone, let alone encourage them to make the trip. Because they have an international clientele, we created two complete sites: one in Spanish and the other in English for their US and European customers. We decided that, in this case, we would take their unique features of safety, security, ease of access, and, because it is located in a small town, the "locally owned and family-run" feature to attract customer loyalty. This design moved them up to number one in unpaid Google searches.
