Rick Stambaugh has completed his term as DSA Supplier Committee Chairman
Fionda is proud that Rick Stambaugh, President and CEO of the Fionda Group, was able to serve as chairman of the
DSA Supplier Advisory Committee, 2008-2010. His extensive years of experience in the Direct Selling
industry, as both a member of such distinguished companies as The West Bend Company and Herbalife
International, as well as, his years as a supplier member with Fionda, made it possible for him to bring a wealth of knowledge
to the committee. He has been truly honored to serve the DSA and its members.
Fionda Gives Back!
The FallenWarriors.org fund was created by the founder of the Fionda Group. Fionda is dedicated to showing
gratitude and support of our troops that will not be returning, by helping their families here at home.
The goal of this foundation is to provide a home for those families that have given all that they can give:
their father or mother, their husband or wife.
Fionda partners, Ron Way and Rick Stambaugh, not only created and manage the FallenWarrior.org fund and
connect grant applicants with the funds available, they also give generously from the company.
All services offered by Fionda that are subscribed to on the FallenWarriors.org website become a part of
the donation to this generous fund. A portion of every customer's bill is donated in their name to the
FallenWarriors.org fund set up to purchase homes for needy widows and widowers of our fallen service men
and women. At the end of the year they receive a Gift Donation receipt that can be used as a charitable
contribution on their taxes.

New Corporate Headquarters
In October 2007, Fionda was extremely proud and excited to relocate our corporate offices to the city of
Solvang, California, in beautiful Santa Ynez Valley's wine country. We purchased a large commercial
building with plenty of room to expand with our Client's successes and growth.
