With great gratitude and affection, that I would formally like to recommend preferred DSA provider
Fionda as a recipient of this years DSA Partnership Award.
When the prospect of providing our sales force with Personal Branded Web pages arose shortly after
I joined Aloette, we looked within the ranks of DSA, and scheduled appointments with five preferred
providers. Fionda stood out right from their initial presentation.
As the entire project began to integrate with Brookline, our commission program, it became apparent
that this would not be the normal plug and play venture. There were challenges no one had anticipated,
and doubled the length of the project. If I did not personally know of these from my intimate connection
with the project, you never would have known talking to our contacts from Fionda. Every challenge
was just "a little bug" and nothing was ever difficult - just a "new challenge" they had to figure out.
We also operate both a corporate platform and a franchise model, and this meant Fionda had to create
an additional touch point level for our 41 North American franchises. When several other providers
plainly said, "Well, we don't know if we can do that." Fionda from the start stated, "Oh yeah, that
won't be a problem."
The success of our Fionda partnership begins at the top, and President Rick Stambaugh brought a focus
and understanding, due in large part to his experience within the Direct Sales Industry. His team,
John McLaughlin, Fionda's IT Director and Heidi Way, Marketing Director along with their entire
support staffs, went above - way above and beyond in creating a finished product that not only
mirrored our culture and specific needs, but arrived even better than promised.
The product creation was where we thought our partnership would end. But Fionda continued their
support was we began the process of selling this finished product to the Aloette field sales force.
A partnership is defied as a union of parties working towards a mutually beneficial outcome.
I can not think of a better description for what this relationship with Fionda has become. I would
highly recommend them to anyone in the Direct Sales Industry who is looking for a true partner.
